I processed 120 grooves of 0.05 on a 10mm brass plate using 0.03mm tungsten wire.
Under normal conditions, there is no processing for 10mm. However, with our expertise, we have created processing conditions that reduce corner rounding and enable the processing of thick plates.

Slit processing was done on a super hard 1.5 mm plate as a sample. The two on top were processed with 0.03 wire in the second operation.
The two pieces below are made with 0.02 wire, one done with the first cut and the other with finishing processing. The one above is finished with 0.04, and the one below is finished with 0.03. With this thickness of the plate, a width of up to 0.03 is possible.
